The Path to Sustainability

Berhlan is committed to sustainability, addressing economic, environmental, and social impact. Over the past year, the company has prevented more than 400 tons of plastic waste, uses biodegradable raw materials, and actively engages in reforestation efforts to offset greenhouse gas emissions.

Each of Berhlan’s production facilities operates a wastewater treatment plant, ensuring responsible water management. Additionally, 70% of its waste is repurposed, reintegrating materials into the production cycle through recycling.

As part of its sustainability-driven infrastructure design, Berhlan implements solar energy solutions. Solar panels have been installed at the Central Distribution Center in the Coffee Axis region and the Caribbean Plant. Once completed, the project will generate approximately 170 kWh of clean energy.

In 2022, Berhlan focused on international expansion, exporting to Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Cuba, Mexico, and Panama. The company will conclude the year by participating in PLMA, one of the world's leading private-label trade shows.

Amid global uncertainties, Berhlan remains committed to achieving its goals by strengthening its international trade operations and brand distribution channels, ensuring sustained growth and market expansion.
